I very much enjoy reading both... I think Twilight has a little more drama and depth to it though... Although I truly adore the House of Night series...

I like both Twilight and HON. But I like that HON has magick in too besides just vampires or werewolves.

I'm a huge fan of both series. I've read all the Twilight books multiple times. But considering that the Twilight series is, for the most part, a romance story, I decided that I think I might like House of Night better. Just a little bit. HoN has a lot of side twists and turns that I like. The relationship between Zoey and her friends is one that gets me every time. And, while they both have their moments of suspense, I think I like that HoN's suspense involves our narrator (Zoey) getting out of danger herself, versus watching our Twilight Narrator (Bella) fail at something then have to be saved by Vampires, werwolves, or just, you know, Edward. But don't get me wrong. I love both series a lot. It probably has something to do with the fact that House of Night is still new to me. I tend to find slight obsessions over new and exciting things. Especially books.

But, anyway, another thing I love about House of Night is that the vampires aren't, you know, perfect. I mea, the fledglings aren't anyway. They all still have their human flaws. They might be pretty and handsome, but they're not all that way (anyone remember Elliot, with his bush hair? xD). And besides that, as much as I love Stephenie Meyer and her writing, the Casts didn't completely disregard human myths on vampires. Sure, they got rid of the ridiculous garlic sterotype and the bit about vampires having to be invited into someone's home (undead dead creatures don't count, obviously). But the thing I like most about House of Night's vampires? They drink human blood. It seems like ever since the Twilight series came about, people all over the world have decided that vampiresmcan just walk around being shiny and never drink human blood. Which is all well and good in the Twilight-verse, but seriously. That's Meyer's vampire. Who says yours has to be like hers? Or even like the Casts' vamps?

But, anyway, little rant thing over with. House of Night for the win (I'm still really anxious over Breaking Dawn, though. xD).

I love HoN because it is wayyyy more realistic than Twilight. Twilight gives out the basic stereotype of vampyres. You know....the fangs, bloodsucking, pale faces, and all. I think it's ridiculous.

Acutally, thats where you are wrong.
The vampire that Stephenie Meyer wrote about aren't stereotype at all.
The vampires in Twilight don't have fangs.
And the pale faces are not because they only come out at night, which is the actual stereotype.
The stereotype is that vampires only come out at night, can be killed with stakes, burn in the sun, and are repelled by garlic and crosses, etc.
But the Twilight vampires can come out in the day, aren't burned by the sun, can't be killed by stakes, and aren't offended by garlic or crosses.
So you are wrong. The Twilight vampires aren't the stereotype at all, in fact the only thing that they have in common with the stereotype is the blood drinking.
I'm guessing you haven't read the series then, am I correct?
